“We went to try a specific beer (a sour by Founders, called Green Zebra), because they were one of few places that offer this limited edition. They've got an impressive drink selection and I was pleasantly surprised at the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, as well. We're looking forward to trying any of their dishes, as every one that I saw brought out, looked delicious.”

“This was my 3rd time visiting from out of town. My first 2 times I was working and this time was with my family. So I got to sample other food from the menu and the pancakes were a hit for my 2 year old son. The batter was great and the fried puff bread that comes with the chicken tenders was delicious. The chicken tenders themselves were moist and crunchy and the color of the batter just made them even better looking. The burgers are always great. The wait staff is friendly and takes care of ya. Next time I'm back this way and have time I'd like to try the fried pies they offer. They look yummy.”

“What can you say about this place? From the time you walk in you are greeted and sat promptly and treated like a family member! The food is outstanding! The portion sizes are eye bulging! In the pictures is the amazing Denver omelette with the German potatoes, and the chicken fry with eggs and German potatoes! There is enough to feed four although there is only two of us! Yes, I finished mine, I am fat and I will pay for that trying to stay awake as I drive! The coffee is fresh the service is simply outstanding! If you have a bad experience here it is probably mostly related to you and your sorry attitude! One of the very best places to have breakfast anytime of day I have ever visited! This is a cash only place but they do have an ATM on site!”

“The absolute best home style breakfast I've had and the portions are gigantic. Get their early and shoot the breeze with the old locals gathered around an outdoor wood stove on the front porch. ???? Or dine inside in the quaint dining room. The biscuits are like grandma's iron skillet baked. It's one of those off-the-beaten-path kind of places. Not very pretty but very welcoming small-town ambiance and super nice staff. The coffee is wonderful.”

It had just the right amount of breading. The bad: The white gravy was not good. They seriously need to change it. Also the mac and cheese was very dry. Mac and cheese should be creamy. It shouldn't hold the shape of the scoop that was used to serve it.”
