Great food. Great staff. Love the atmosphere.
This place is a gem! The food is fantastic. They have managed to incorporate tons of the original features from the original establishment (The Grisso Hotel) into the decor. The staff is always great and friendly. For those of you in Seminole that havent tried this place yet... it's high time!
First time ever slow service but only 1 gal working and she did awesome.
I may have blown through Seminole, OK on my way to Tulsa ten time in the last three years. Tonight I pulled up Google map suggestions for a place to stop for dinner. Now I will be planning my trips from Texas around making a stop here.
The cool look of a early 20th century hotel mid-rehab and a warm door-opened-for-us greeting overcame any reservations about trying a local spot. We found a table quickly and we're offered simple easy-to-read menus along with friendly recommendations.
Reasonable prices, fresh made comfort food, and clean restrooms all boosted my rating. But when I realized my club sandwich came on wheat bread grilled in just a touch of olive oil with parsley and garlic I knew this was the kind of place that believes in simple elegance. Mom enjoyed her top quality, healthy, low-carb grilled chicken salad. (She took leftover chicken home.) And my hand-cut fries took me back to days before frozen food distribution.
Please do yourself a favor and try this place!
This place was great. The architecture of the building was really cool. They kept the old structure of the previous hotel but updated with more modern furnishings that match with the building. The owner was nice enough to give us a tour and discussed the future plans including a potential to show movies/sports. The food was great also and filling. I will definitely be going back when I find myself in the area.
