    We came to this restaurant on our way back to dallas from van buren last weekend, such great service. We were able to eat relax and get back on the road quickly. Chips, salsa and waters were on the table within a minute of sitting down. Our meals came out quick and hot. Enjoyed it so much this will be our new food stop whenever we are in the area!

    Good food with great service. If you're feeling like some Mexican dinner or lunch, best in town.

    We enjoyed our first lunch at El Celaya. The service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean and nice. The food was delicious, and portions were good. My only criticism... it would be nice if they offered salsa without cilantro. I thought the salsa tasted fine, but the cilantro flavor was strong, and my wife doesn't care for cilantro.
