    Birria Pappa’s Loaded with Shrimp was 5 Star FABULOUS! My friend had shrimp enchiladas and he loved them as well!!! This place is the best in Guymon, heck the best in the Panhandle of Oklahoma & Texas! If I am within 150 miles I am headed to EL Ranchito!

    The torta de birria was really good! Had green enchiladas with birria meat on a different occasion and it was so good as well. The waiter was very friendly and attentive.

    I loved the fish tacos.My son had the Birria plate he also enjoyed it.Good wait Staff& service.

    Salsa was really good with the tri-colored chips. I had the shrimp ceviche, it was way more than I could eat but it was fantastic with lime and salt.

    I even seen they had SUSHI!

    Looking for to making El Ranchito a regular stop.
