I went in again on Sunday 6/12 and the sweet brown haired girl, from my first visit, was working! She is great! Jason, I do appreciate your willingness to make it right. Your business is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ , my review was for the specific visit. Please open a shop near Catoosa, I would love to be able to have these daily!

Original: I love this place. I do wish I could “check in” when I DoorDash because I spend so much more money getting my smoothie that way and wish it could count. I have been to the store two times, the employees there last Sunday were great and, if this survey had been from that visit, it would definitely be 5 ⭐️! They had a sense of customer service and not just there to take a check home. The younger girls that were there yesterday could really use some better customer service and just be friendlier. People don’t want to visit a place where they feel they are interrupting someone’s day. A warm welcome, an “I can help you with that” attitude, and friendly service can take a company far but, a feeling that you’ve walked in a business and ruined the chill sesh is an unwelcoming feeling and can be detrimental to the customer experience.

I placed an order on DoorDash today, I live 5 miles away. I was worried about it potentially melting, but it didn't! It was perfect. The presentation was BEAUTIFUL, I wish I'd taken a picture. I got the Red, White, and Blue bowl. It was my first ever Acai bowl. 2 scoops was the perfect amount. Oh my gosh, words can't describe how good it was. I think I might actually go in-store later today and get another one after I run my errands.

Bowl was amazing and gave me the energy boost I needed! This place is worth the try!!!!

I ended up going here twice in one day. Obsessed? Yes. The fresh healthy option of a bowl or smoothie is amazing. I love the brain bowl! Everyone needs to try this place. Thank goodness for the BA location close to my house!
