Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

The burger was good, the fries were bland, and the service was mediocre at best. We were standing there for like three full minutes just waiting for someone to take our order. Everything felt super slow, and the guy who gave me my food was just kinda rude? Asked me my order number, and I told him what it was, but I guess he didn't believe me or something because he then asked what I ordered. I again told him, and he angrily plopped it on the counter in a forceful motion as if I'd bested him or something.

But hey, the burger was good.

Of course the ice cream & food is great, but what really wins my heart is the customer service.

I came through the drive-through holding back tears from a rough day- I got to the second window greeted with my ice cream and a sincere smile. The young lady handed me a gift card and said “it looks like you’re having a rough day. We hope this helps and that it gets better for you.”

If you're into biscuits and gravy, they have very good biscuits and really good sausage gravy. We don't visit Braum's for meals, but we love their milkshakes, banana splits and their ice cream cones. 'Twas our date night. We visit Braums weekly to share one of their great banana splits. They have great hamburgers, too.

I ordered the Strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. I got the salad but it wasn't delivered as ordered. It was supposed to have crispy chicken but got grilled instead. It was also supposed to come with a 6 oz cup of cottage cheese. I didn't get any. I did not try to get my order fixed because the salad is good whichever way the chicken is prepared. The store was clean and well stocked, temperature was comfortable. Prompt service.
