Charleston's Restaurant

My wife is a big fan of the Walt's Champagne Chicken Salad. I like everything. The Hickory Burger, the Chicken Fried Steak and the Fish and Chips are my top favorites! I gave the Top Sirloin a try for lunch today. It was a large cut of lean beef, cooked perfectly medium rare. It had a light hint of wood smoke. It was accompanied with a nice fresh garden salad and an order of fries.

I have no idea why this is my first review of Charleston's, it's my favorite place to meet with customers, bring family/friends guest, order take out, or just have lunch by myself. Customer service is always perfect, and the quality of food is unlike any other. The vegetables are extremely fresh, and not soggy, over cooked, or seasoned like at most restaurants.

Went to dinner for my father-in-laws birthday. The service was fantastic! Both my father-in-law and husband had prime rib which is always amazing. I usually get the ribs and chicken combo but tonight I order just the ribs. The ribs fall off the bone and are so flavorful. The only negative about the dinner was that my ribs were not hot. They were just over room temperature. They were still good tho. Over all a great evening! The GM even checked in on us during our visit.

Always good till tonight, prime rib way under cooked two times. Now feeling ill..... waitress said I couldn’t order prime rib till 5:15 when menu says 4:00. It was 5:06, should have been my sign. Guess we all have bad days, Happy 43 Anniversary honey. Salad and baked potato was good, thus 4 stars.
