    Their food is healthy and tastes great. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them whether your training, wanting quick healthy meals for lunch, or tired of cooking dinner they have you covered. Thank you for the help.

    I am really enjoying the meals! Everything tastes great, and I know I'm feeding my body with goodness. Every week there is a nice variety of choices, no boring eating the same meals over and over. Ordering and picking up is easy. AND I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat. I'm not tempted to make unhealthy choices. PREP'D Meal Preparation in Tulsa is conveniently located right off 71st and it is actually cheaper than grabbing fast food on the way home from work! Prep'd does all of the hard work for me and they help me simplify my sometimes chaotic life by knowing my family is getting quality life giving food that will give them the nourishment and energy they need to win the day!

    They have a wide variety of delicious meals! I've tried all of them and have yet to find one I don't like. The staff is very accommodating and helpful!
