This place delivers! It’s what you’d expect for a steak of great quality. Honestly, it’s about time for BA to have a steakhouse with great steak! Worth every penny! We loved everything from the salad to the sides to the steak!

We had a great dinner experience at Rustic. Everything was excellent. I dare say this may have been some of the best service we’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The food highlights were the wild mushroom mac & cheese (incredible!) and the steak with chimichurri sauce. I had a filet, and while it’s not the best steak I’ve had, it was still very good and extremely tender. We will be back!

The mushroom Mac side dish was absolutely amazing! The shrimp cocktail cooked to perfection, however I was not a big fan of the sauce. The crab cakes had a good flavor. The beef tenderloin appetizer was delicious and unique with the cherry sauce. Everything was cooked very well which means we will be re-visiting to try an entree. This time was a drinks and apps visit.

5-stars don't come easy for me, but Rustic Chophouse deserves it. Here why...

    1. The meat is top quality at a reasonable price and cooked to perfection. Naturally-aged beef makes a difference and this place proves it. The Scottish Salmon Wellington was as good as anything served in Europe. The puff pastry was spot on, perfection. Another example of concentrating on making everything perfect, not just the steaks.

    2. But what separates this place from just another steak place is the attention to not just the entree, but the sides. The wild mushroom mac was incredible. Great taste, an unusual use of pasta, and just enough seasoning. The garlic whipped potatoes were sublime with just enough butter and air to make them a side that doesn't overpower the main entree or make the meal overly heavy.

    3. Great service that was helpful, informative and didn't just visit us a few times, but enough that they paid attention to our needs.

I'm extremely impressed with Rustic Chophouse. They could teach a thing or two to other Tulsa-area steak places that live on their past reputation instead of concentrating on consistent service and food.

Well done, Rustic Chophouse. Keep the consistency going and we'll be back time and time again.

This place is one of the few that I can really say the food and service was excellent. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the staff was more than accommodating. I called ahead to see about making a reservation, but they didn't have any slots open, but advised if we would be comfortable sitting at the bar, that they have plenty of space. We had the Smoked Duck, Shrimp Scampi, and the Tomahawk Steak. Out of everything we had, the price was definitely worth it and I recommend everything. We will definitely be back. And I would recommend calling ahead to either get a reservation, or to see if seating is available as they were very busy by the time we had left.
