    arby's is a rare treat f9r me, but i got to take my daughter this time. it was great... clean environment, always good food... definately a place we both enjoyed

    So this manager is stellar! I had front and center seat to.. The ultimate patience test... This customer was a nightmare. They must have tried at least 6 different reasons why the employees need to give away free food and give her a full refund.. and this mgr didn't bat an eye ..was well spoken very polite, and his responses couldn't have been more perfect.... "It's late." . "Yes I agree".
    "I have a big family and they are hungry. " . "I understand mine are too". "There's Mayo on my sandwich.. I told you no mayo. Ma'am there can't be mayo on it we ran out hours so..
    Good job man!
    The 4 star raining is only because the bread was toasted too too much it's my fault though. I said toast super light and I should have asked her to do it again
