Corner Cafe

If you like chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes stop and enjoy. I liked the steak breading and was great with the cream gravy.

Food is good and hot. Ladies are always friendly ????

We came here after leaving Silver Dollar Cafe down the street without eating our meals the food was so bad. Luckily, Corner Cafe was a much better experience.

I had the Salisbury steak, with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and a dinner salad. My Salisbury steak was really good, as were the mashed potatoes and gravy. The green beans taste like they were scooped straight from a can...could definitely use a little salt and bacon...the dinner roll was really good and yeasty. My daughter had a piece of the lemon meringue pie. It was your run of the mill mass produced pies they serve in some restaurants. Not homemade (we asked the waitress) but not bad.

Our server was nice and checked back with us appropriately.

This is a typical Country Diner. Most of their food is just so so. However, they make a really good chicken fried steak. I am fussy about chicken fried steak, and don't recommend lightly. Also, whatever you order, you will get a lot of food for your money here. You have to look for this place, it's a little off the highway.

My favorite place to go when I am really hungry. I love the roast beef dinner. The portion sizes are huge! I eat all I want in the restaurant, then take it home and add a bit to my leftover salad for a second meal on its own, then usually have enough of my roast beef and potatoes for another meal. Such a great value. There isn't anything on the menu we haven't liked.
