Hatch Early Mood Food

Outstanding place for breakfast.The service from beginning to end was top notch. Wait time outside can be lengthy if you want a table but if you want the best experience, sit at the bar or the high tables next to it. Kyera and Justin's service was warm, efficient, knowledgeable and my favorite: real! You know those places where people try too hard to be nice to you and it feels weird and fake? Yeah, Hatch is the complete opposite. I saw them serving other people and the attention and kindness never waived. Oh, and please, please for the love of all that is good and wonderful, order the "Oklahoma pancake" and the "Kitchen Sink". You will be in heaven. You're welcome ;)

These people are killing it. We found a quiet spot at the end of the bar and have been watching the ladies swing drink after drink. Top notch quality and flavor profiles. The food is delicious. No pics to share because we mowed down. Poutine was loaded with cheese gravy. Large size portion. Would definitely come back.

Started with a Bourbon Bloody that was great and progressed to food items on the menu. While the menu is very innovative, I was a bit disappointed in the Black Russian Reuben. I expected the bread to have a pumpernickel taste and be sturdier and the pastrami to be sliced much thinner so it piled higher and easier to bite. The sauerkraut was great and I'm pretty sure it was Claussen's, it had the nice crisp taste. The service was great once we were seated. I'll definitely return and will just make different choices. My daughter loved her Cuban sandwich.

My wife tried this place out and told me I had to go with her the next day! The food was as good as advertised. Very fresh fruits and everything was hot once served. The staff was friendly and even after making a mistake on the order they corrected it quickly with no issues at all. We weren’t bothered with the mess up being that everyone was trying to figure out their jobs. If you don’t get anything else but the loaded hash browns they would not disappoint I guarantee it! The food portions were good sizes and the prices were expected. I highly recommend this restaurant.
