Riverwalk Crossing - Jenks

I meet up with 3 other veterans every Monday to have a good time. Thank you Flying Tee for your recognition of veterans and first responders. My son is Captain Jason Morgan, Tulsa Fire Department!

The place is amazing, I am literally speechless about it. Also there are many restaurants that are really good to try out, I really recommend exploring the area. But of course it is up to you, if you want to explore or not.

This shopping center has a good deal of charm. However they really should have either customer entrances in the back where the parking is or shortcuts through to the front. Instead you have to walk all the way around to enter any of the businesses. This wouldn't be a big deal, except having my handicapped mum with made me realize how hard it must be for others with limited mobility. This was our first time visiting, and next time we'll have a better idea. But the setup is a bit tricky for first time visitors.

I cant understand why this place isn't the hottest destination for food and drinks in the area. Its beautiful. There are well designed buildings and a great outside amphitheater area for live music. This place should be busy like the river walks in so many other cities... but it's not. It's dead. Hardly anyone around. We still like to go and we still enjoy sitting on the patio of a good restaurant. I just can't understand why it's such a ghost town on most days and evenings. Hopefully people will start to visit as more quality bars and restaurants take occupancy.

Lots going on, visited a Mexican restaurant for supper with family. They had a band which forgive me for saying, but they thankfully got rained out. We sat outside, but it was close to the building so we all enjoyed being able to visit without having to shout. Food was good too! ????
