McAlister's Deli

I've never had McAllisters, until today. I had the spud max and Reuben. I promise you you will never find a Reuben as good as theirs! Absolutely amazing !

I love McAlister's Deli! They have everything you could want for a healthy, yummy meal. From soups to salads, sandwiches, cookies, and don't forget their BEST ICED TEA IN THE WORLD!! Would recommend to everyone ????

New Yorker Sandwich with Mac & Cheese. Lots of meat, and even more flavor! It definitely makes your mouth water when you take a bite. The bread is toasted and has a perfect rye flavor. Mac & cheese was creamy and tender. The staff is very attentive, continually checking on us and refilling drinks.

Order seldom correct the first time. Some staff are assumptive and poor to communicate effectively especially when busy. Even when you ask about the order they don't listen and the manager has to get involved. Order a sandwich and a salad and you say full order not pick two half orders. Then you note the price is incorrect and the person argues it is correct. Customer not satisfied. Staff think the way to correct the problem is to give a credit rather than educate staff on effective communication skills when taking orders. Stop and listen to the customer. I want to eat what I ordered and go on about my day. I realize it is an entry level into the work force for these youngsters. They need to realize customer service matters.
