Salad and Go

Fast service and a very clean restaurant. The prices are amazing for the size of the salads 🥗 would give 5 stars if the quality of meat was a little better. The salad and other ingredients are always fresh and well prepared.

Excellent healthy choice in place of greasy fast food. We got filled up for $30 Two adults & 3 young kids. It doesn't look like it, but the salads are huge & filling. Taste & service were great. Will definitely return!

Update: Prices just went up (May 2024) about a $1 per item

Fresh and fast! Would love a Salad and Go on the East coast. Just visiting Owasso and was amazed by the great taste that fast. I can’t believe the prices of their fresh drinks.

We are super excited that Salad and Go is in Owasso! We checked it out for the first time, and it was good. The BBQ chicken salad was great!! The dressing had a really nice flavor. The Greek salad...would have been great with a different type of dressing. The Greek dressing is a creamy dressing, and it has very little flavor and a strange texture. Next time, I will get a different dressing with it. Overall, we love that we have another healthy option here in Owasso, and we look forward to checking out many more items from Salad and Go!!

They just opened so I decided to stop and check it out. Glad I did! The salads are a large portion and delicious. I got the Caesar chicken salad but substituted for Greek dressing. Lettuce is fresh, service was great and will definitely be back. It was less than $9 for a chicken caesar salad and lemonade. Btw, make sure you get the traditional lemonade!
