Taco Bueno

My new favorite Taco Bueno. WONDERFUL customer service every time, good food, clean area, and just an overall great experience. All the employees are very nice and helpful, and I have not been disappointed at all each time I've been here.

Had to wait 30 minutes for food at drive through. Manager was nice, but crew forgot one burrito in my order. I got out of car after doing personal count if food, went inside. Manager gave me the missing burrito, but did not offer coupons or desert, nor anything for my wait, then having to come in to get the order correct. Seems like manager is not empowered to make things right for her customers. Not her fault, but shame on taco bueno.

The store was clean. The staff was friendly and understanding. The should came out quick, and the food was tasty.

Normally, I love this taco bueno. It's quick and cheap. However, the last few times I've ordered the cinnamon chips they were, either out or not very good. This time the chips were less and half full and pretty much every single one was just a plain chip. Pretty frustrating because I already had to wait a little while due to their computers being down, which I was understanding of, but when I pay for something I expect to receive a much better order, especially if I have to wait.
