This place was awesome! So happy that there is more than one option for hotpot in Tulsa! Customer service was outstanding, best I've had in a long time. The food was amazing! Everything tasted so good. The spicy shrimp dumplings had we were unique, soft and packed with wonderful flavors. The spicy hotpot was not too spicy, but got spicier at the end and was perfect that way! Our server from Seattle was a real treat. She was pleasant and on top of it. I never had to ask for a refill or felt like she wasn't coming back. The interior of the restaurant was very clean and set up great. Plenty of space and a very comfortable atmosphere. I really hope this place makes it for the long haul and I highly suggest everyone give it a go. We will definitely come back for more!

I returned for the second time got there hotpot and fried rice. Delicious! Service was impeccable, owner was friendly. Hot pot is cost friendly if you know what to order. It’s definitely cheaper than Taste of Mandarin for the hot pot. Order combo vegetables then couple proteins and ask for extra broth and mix with rice and you will leave satisfied. Will definitely be going back.

This was an amazing experience and all of the resturant workers were so corteous and helpful. They explained how to do everything which was very kind. All of the meat and vegetables were fresh and the sauce bar was an excellent addition. My husband and I will definetly be back.

Went for dinner with a friend tonight and it was fantastic! I’m so glad Tulsa finally has a hot pot that’s delicious! We did a variety of proteins as well as the mushroom variety platter and the vegetable variety platter. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the price was wonderful. They’ve only been open a couple of weeks but this is already one of my favorite places in town. The sauce bar allows you to customize your experience even further, and a variety of soft drinks allow you to enhance the entire experience without adding alcohol. Absolutely in regular rotation for dinner plans now.

I really really wanted to like this place and as I write this review I am trying to remain as reasonable as I can. 100c has not been open for very long, and there is a sense of still settling into a way of providing customer service that is effective. This process is not currently very smooth at all and resulted in it taking about 40 minutes before they took our order then about an hour more to bring it out. Again, they are still working out the kinks in their process so this should hopefully improve if they stay open long enough.

Now to the things that I think need to be fixed:

The food is a bit too bland to seem like it was on purpose. Nothing was bad, but nothing was a amazing by any means either.

I am fairly sure that the 20 dollar tomato soup was probably just good ol Campbell's tomato soup.

The very thinly sliced meats stuck together and was incredibly tedious to try to peel apart in order to cook.

There wasn't anyone whose role it was to assist folks who had no idea what they were supposed to do.

There was a sauce bar, but we weren't made aware of it until the meal was nearly completely over. I went to look at is and nothing had a description...

Thin sliced meat turns an unfortunate shade of gray when it is boiled in a broth or tomato soup...it didnt look very good, but tasted fine.

Now my last issue and probably the one that will keep me from going back soon is this: I spent 70 dollars on a meal that wasn't very filling after which I left still hungry.

I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because I am hopeful that others have a better experience than me and that 100c is able to work out their kinks and become an enjoyable dining experience.
