Daddy B's BBQ South Tulsa

Finally got to try this new restaurant out and so glad we did! Wow, just wow! Mouth watering, tender and delicious are just a few of the words used as we discussed our lunch. Together between the four of us we tried the ribs, chopped beef sandwich, pulled pork sandwich and a pulled pork baked potato with sides of potato salad, chips and fries.
The ribs were so tender they quite literally fell off the bone. Everything was delicious and so full of flavor. Even as I type this review a few hours later my fingers still smell of the bbq flavor. We finished off lunch sharing a banana pudding dessert.
We will definitely return, undoubtedly again and again, for some of the best bbq we've had.

Tonight we tried Daddy B’s. We ordered the pulled pork fries, rib dinner with okra and potato salad and the sliced beef dinner with double fries.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The smoke ring and bark on the ribs and the beef were legendary.

We were greeted by a smiling young man and seated quickly. We arrived at 5:20. Our waitress was great and kept our drinks full.

It got pretty busy around 6 and there was a wait. I would wait in any line to eat here.

This place is phenomenal in every way!! We were seated immediately, our drink order was taken promptly & all of our questions were answered throughly. We had the BEST smoked meat & the sides were absolutely amazing! The brisket was tender with little to no fat, the ribs were out of this world, the hot links were so good & the chicken was tender & smoked perfectly. We ordered potato salad & beans as our sides, after being told the sides are made from scratch. The beans had a unique flavor & were quite tasty. The potato salad was some of the best I’ve ever had. For dessert we chose peach cobbler & banana pudding—both were homemade & SO delicious! The picture shows all of the meat that we took home after completely stuffing ourselves. The prices are very reasonable & you receive a plethora of food. I can not wait to go back with family & friends. The owner & all of the people working here were wonderful!

Arrived during a very busy dinner hour, but only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Our server, Mike was great and attentive. The food was DELICIOUS! Everything from the meats, to the sides and their homemade dessert 😋 . My husband and I shared the 4 meat plate, and added 2 sides. More than enough food, at a very reasonable price! A new gem in south tulsa for sure! Give them a try, they won’t disappoint.

Not a bad place for BBQ.

We got the sampler platter with fries, potato salad, brisket, sausage, Bologna, chicken, and shredded pork. We ordered a rib and catfish on the side so we get to try every meat.

The BBQ sauce was on the sweeter side, but it was good. The best part has got to be the ribs. It was as advertised. You don't need teeth!

The briskets were dryer than I like them. The chicken was typical BBQ chicken. Very dry, but honestly I've never had good bbq chicken in general.

The sausage and bologna were good. Definitely had better sausage elsewhere. The bologna though, I can't compare it to anything else since I've never had it before.

We also ordered the catfish on the side and this is where I had to knock it down 1 star. I don't think this is American catfish as I would expect it from an all American BBQ joint. American catfish should have visible black veins running through the tough meat and has a very distinct taste. This was something else. Refer to photos for context.
