The meal started with excellent salsas: a generous bowl each, of mild, spicy and thick creamy flavorful queso. The hook was set.
The menu is a simple two pages of the basic essential Mexican cuisine. It covers everything that you need. A delicious Carne Asada for me. Cooked and served properly: flavorful marinated flame grilled flank steak, grilled green onions and the proper jalapeno helper, a chili toreado. Excellent! My wife ordered the big loaded Chicken Fiesta Salad served in a bucket sized fried tortilla bowl. Check the picture and the menu description.
Bright colored walls, covered with colorful art throughout. A small comfortable tequila bar up front. Tables line up in the open dining area along the large windows. A clean modern Mexican grill, with welcoming friendly service. It is a refreshing dining experience and a great place to sip your favorite tequila.
Went to dos ponchos last week and had amazing service from Scott, he always kept my water full and made sure my table had everything it needed. I also met another server named Dustin, who was very funny and fun to be around, he made my day. Would totally recommend this place for anybody looking for some Mexican. And the food was good too.
We got to try this place out for the first time tonight and it did not disappoint! The service was the best I have had in years. Everything was refilled before it could even get to be empty, everyone was super friendly, and they even opened the door for us when we walked up to the restaurant. The chips and salsa were amazing and were served with complimentary queso! The queso was so yummy. I got the chicken fajitas with double rice for dinner and my boyfriend got the street tacos. I would rate the fajitas mediocre due to the limited chicken for the larger price and lack of seasoning. My boyfriend loved the street tacos and they came with more meat than they usually do at other local places! The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. Just while we were eating I saw two different workers come out to sweep the floor and make sure all the tables were clean. None of the alcoholic drinks looked to good to us so I can not speak on those but I will say the mixed drinks are $11+ and beer is $5-6.50 depending on the brand! For our meal before tip it was around $35 for two people with just food and water. The service was amazing and truly made the experience. I just hope they can keep it up after being open longer because this is definitely one of my new favorite places! I hope this helps some of y’all;)
Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. Everything was fantastic. From the salsa and queso to the fajitas and burrito. Definitely different from the others. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. You won't be disappointed. Btw, I rarely have room for dessert but the flan was the best I've ever had! Amazing. Save some room or take a piece home.
Steak street tacos are delicious, especially with the green sauce on them🤤💦 The margs are pretty good too and strong, definitely worth the price.
