Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

A little confusion with our order, but they promptly fixed it. Food was hot and delicious. Restrooms were clean. Employees could've been friendlier. Not sure the gentleman who took our order ever smiled. Overall, a good experience.

The one thing I wasn't sure if I liked was that the burgers were smashed very flat. This is good because you get to keep room for dessert (and you WILL want room for dessert!) but it also means that the meat ratio you expect in a burger is well off. Wasn't enough to knock off a star, though, and even if it was the frozen custards concrete mixer was more than enough to earn it back!

Every thing was great except I dont understand why they have to press their burger meat so thin . Please stop smashing so thin. Any chef's will tell you to not smash it let it cook.And seems like every time we eat there the dinning area always need cleaning and tables washed. Most all people take the trash to the trash cans .

Food was excellent as always. The service was outstanding. We took our rescue puppy princess with us for a complimentary "pup cup". Thanks for making it a memorable day. We will definitely be back. You guys are Awesome. Shea says thank you. She loved her treat!????????❤

These guys make a great burger!
Onion rings were hot and fresh, even crispy!
Double bacon burger could almost feed two people - and was wonderful.
I can't wait to try the custard! (I just got too full.)
