    Delicious food and great staff. Consistently good. Ordered the sushi burrito and ramen.

    Fuji has been our favorite restaurant for years, and tonight was no exception. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was phenomenal. They added a machta cheesecake as their current dessert, and trust me. You do not want to miss out on it.

    We enjoyed the food. We tried bento box, salmon sashimi and warrior meal (Spicy huy and Sweet daddy) sushi. It was a yummy meal and fairly priced. Matt, our server was amazing with some really good suggestions for sake.
    Recommended.

    Was invited by friends to go to a ‘sushi training’ class at Fuji.
    Class was in a back room, where we learned about miso & salad dressing. We then had instructor lead lessons in creating nigiri and several styles of rolls. We ate our creations, it was more food than I could handle. You were allowed to take leftovers and keep the rolling mat.
    It was a very entertaining time. I need to stop back and try some of the chef made rolls and nigiri next time.
