Ghost Dragon Express

The quality of the food has gone down hill real fast!! Was great when they first opened. I order again today for about the fifth time and my pork steamed buns came deconstructed, nothing like they present on Instagram.

I loved this restaurant when it first opened, but I cannot stress how much the quality has gone down hill over the past few weeks. One of my recent orders was a giant conglomerate of my protein and undercooked breading. The way the quality/care has gone down so drastically it feels like they’re just coasting until they close the concept down. If it can return to the original quality I’ll go back to being a frequent customer, until then it’s a hard pass for me.

Egg rolls were out of this world amazing!!! Dragon dumps were good, but mostly just tasted like spicy sausage, not dumplings. The pad Thai (aka Singapore Street Noodles) was okay...kind of dry and pretty bland. I was also surprised there were bell peppers in it bc it said nothing about that on the menu and I detest them. The pork fried rice was very dry and very bland, and some of the rice was not done. I think there’s definitely potential here, but they’ll need to work a few kinks out. Please keep trying! It’s a great idea.
