Hideaway Pizza

After going to another pizza place and leaving because it wasn't what I was looking for, AND having nothing going right that night on vacation, I found this spot and it turned my whole trip around. It was comparable to Mellow Mushroom. Great vibes, amazing pizza, and the neatest art.

The pizza was phenomenal! The service on the other hand was beyond slow. It took over 30 minutes just to order and then another 30 to receive the order. It was not busy during the visit so I don't understand what the hold up was. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

As a lifelong Oklahoman and OSU grad, I've had more than my share of Hideaway over the years. While it's a local favorite and comfort food for may of us, I definitely do not think it's the best pizza in town. I like it, but it's not the best, you know?
Your service experience will vary greatly every single time you go to Hideaway. And with every store. The general vibe in most of the restaurants is that they just have way too many teenagers working there, and no one in charge. Don't get me wrong, I've had great experiences there, too. I'm just saying - when I go to Hideaway, I know I'm taking a risk that while the food is always good, the service could ruin the night, especially if I have several friends with me.
The pizza though is pretty good. I like the hand-tossed crust. I can't speak to all the options, but the vegetarian options are pretty great. I personally prefer the ravioli over the stuffed mushrooms, but the apps are some of the best things on the menu. The baked pastas are good, too.
Hideaway is good if you're craving it, but getting it to-go is your safest bet for a fun night out.

Hideaway was so good! Sam was a great server. The pizza, wings, and Greek salad was great the Greek dressing was amazing. Keep up the great work! The morale on the wall on the outside was cool too be sure to stop in this is a gem of Tulsa,OK I think! They are also looking to expand so look out here they come they could be in your city next.
