HuHot Mongolian Grill

I rarely consume oriental food. However, this place is excellent.

You can choose what you want in your meal. Even better, you can choose how spicy you'd like your meal. Full spectrum, no spice to extremely hot (blazing).

The only issue I have with this place, is that during busy times, while going through the line having the food cooked, I've seen the floor in the area where the cooks work to be disgusting. It could be that it's only been that way the two times I've been there, as I've only been there when it was extremely busy.

I just love it. Vegetarian or vegan, it's fine. They clean the grill. Choose the food you want, some food changes around sometimes like potatoes. Also sauces, I believe they have a menu with the ingredients in them.

Vegan experience: I had a great experience here. I’m not a super hardcore vegan, meaning I wasn’t going to ask them to clean the grill of meat juices just for me. However, when the waitress asked if we had allergies at the table and I told her I was vegan, she got me a special plate and let the chefs know. They cleaned a spot on the grill for me and I got no cross contamination!!! I appreciated all they did to go out of their way and highly recommend.

The guy running the grill was really friendly and fun. His good mood made you really excited for your food. Our waitress was cool and offered ideas for the food. Excellent customer service all around. The food was fresh and the customization makes it super worth it.

My office just went there for lunch. Someone had called in and the manager was working the grill with another employee. She was obviously not dressed for that hot job but she had the best attitude towards every single person. Really made an impression on me. Also, the food was amazing as always. Love this place.
