Good place if you're in a hurry and want to feed a few people

Josh Kelly was the manager I had to dead with.... His professionalism and ability to calm the situation was beyond that of any store manager.... He should be in H.R or in some corporate office.. A terrible experience completely twisted around..... I will always be loyal to this location from now on....
I had to switch my order up because I ordered the wrong thing..........
The store manager Josh had to void the order to make a new one......
I had already paid for my food, but he voided it and the machine would not allow him to process another payment on the same card......
Me being hungry and had a car full of people got impatient, and instead of escalating the situation, or having me go to an ATM down the street.... Josh comped my pizza and took care of me in a way I wasn't expecting.
I will be getting pizza from here on out. It was so fresh and delicious and the customer service I received was above any I have experienced in a very long time.... So much to the point that I am writing a review about it.... I never do this kind of thing; however, I felt inclined to do so because the way josh handled the situation...

A situation of me about to drive off in my car and never go back to little Caesars again...... Josh Kelly took care of the situation in the most professional way. Excellent people skills, and superb customer service.

This entire experience made me a forever customer at this location......

The service was fast and the pizza was great. The five dollar deal was great , the only thing was we wanted another peperoni pizza but they didn't have it so we had to leave with two pizzas. We had the pizza double sliced. So we could try and satisfy our party we had leaving the gathering place.

I love this place for the price, quality, and convenience. Always a pleasurable experience. The food is always hot and fresh! Thank you!
