Our experience here was beyond fantastic. The atmosphere, service, and food were better than any other sushi spots in Tulsa, and the price was cheap, at least compared to how amazing the food was. 1000% recommend. You could tell that the food of the other sushi spots in Tulsa were not too fresh because the sauce and marinade flavors overshadowed the actual flavor of the main ingredient, but not here. The flavors of the sauces are not overpowering, and just absolutely amazing.
This place is amazing. Best sushi in the city! Our waiter (Don) was very friendly and recommended an amazing chef roll. Fantastic miso soup as well.
Would definitely eat here again!
Maguro Sushi is a new and fresh restaurant that brings stellar service, a great ambiance and excellent, flavorful, fresh, HOT food. Guests are greeted with a smile and within seconds of being seated, the waitstaff is welcoming the diners with a warm welcome, introduction, and glass of water. We didn’t have to wait 2 minutes or more as with most restaurants, for someone to acknowledge the diners/guests. I hope as the restaurant grows, they maintain their excellent customer service, and not fall downhill
New Sushi spot on S Riverside Drive. Took over sushi Hana. Good fresh sashimi, not skimpy! Everything was on point. Recommend a stop in if you are a sushi fan.
The sashimi slices offer the best value for your money. The best sushi rolls here are the basic rolls. The serving size for any specialty rolls are small. I am not sure if it is quality versus quantity or the restaurant just min/max each roll as a cost saving effort.
TL:DR sushi rolls are small. Sashimi has best value.
