I have been to this place twice and had very good service both times. The bakery/dessert area is a nice touch and the items looked so yummy and appealing. The first time I got hot pot which was a very fun and different experience. You order uncooked items off a menu and they bring an electric cooker with a pot of broth to your table. You and friends cook your items in the broth. The staff helped explain since we had never done this before and did not make me feel dumb for not knowing. The second time I got Red Mountain Beef. I have never heard of this dish and wonder if it's an original? It really is a huge mountain of beef bites, a ton of dried red chilis and bay leaves. I've never tasted anything like it but it was so good. Huge portions so you get your moneys worth. Also tried the pork buns and egg rolls. Egg rolls have a lot of black pepper taste but still good. I loved the condiment bar where you help yourself to soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, etc. I am sure I'll be back.
Cozy little Sunday spot. Very relaxed atmosphere. The menu has a lot of variety and features a photo of almost all items offered which made choosing easy! The food was delicious and we will definitely be back!
Taste is authentic. Reminds me of actual Chinese food. When you order lots of different foods they come out as they are finished making it. So foods come out to your table at different times. I certainly didn't mind this however. I plan on going back to try more.
Came here with my friends. We were greeted and seated quickly, and all our food was excellent. All the staff were very nice and we had a great time. One of my friends used to live in China and she said it was the closest to real Chinese food she'd had in the states. I've never been to China but I can attest it was delicious!
