Marco's Pizza

Online ordering wasn't working saying my address doesn't exist, when my house is only 3.8 miles away from store on Sheridan. When we called we spoke with Earl and Tabitha, they were most helpful and went above and beyond by saying they'll deliver to us, regardless. This is absolutely awesome pizza, and the best chicken Caesar salad ever, with fresh made croutons! The Garden pizza and the white cheesy pizza were awesome, and the crust topper seasonings really made the pizza! And the prices were lower than the other pizza chains, with delivery times of only 30 minutes or so.

Came here because they serve my favorite style of pepperoni “curl up cup pepperoni”. Everyone was friendly and good was served fresh.

However, the pizza itself wasn’t that great.. it was very bland; it was definitely a let down since I stopped here for a specific reason.

I want to start off by stating that Robert went above and beyond to help with my order of 40 large pizzas, on Halloween, no less. When I arrived, they were already boxed up and in warming carriers for me. Robert even helped put them in my car. We did basic, one-topping pizzas and they were great. All of them were cooked the way they should be and they were a big hit at our neighborhood party. We love Marco’s and are happy to have one close again. We will definitely be back! For the negative reviews on here, this store just opened up in July, and if you have ever been a part of any store opening, you know it takes time to get everything right! I hope you give them a second chance.

I never had Marcos before and decided to try it. It was 5p on a Friday, (yesterday). Upon walking in I was greeted with a welcome to Marcos from many employees. They were very very busy but to expected. For my carryout I was taken care of by Amber. She was super friendly, made sure my order was complete, Offered me sides and drinks. Very personable. Wait was a little longer than I had expected but again they were very busy. Pizza was delicious! Amber even took time to remember customers names while she checked on their orders. Wondeful customer service at this location. Thank you Amber for the smiles, jokes and being personable. And thanks to all the Marcos crew at the Sheridan location! Everlasting impact :)
