They are always friendly and helpful and when my internet is down at home I know I have a great place to go to get my work done.

Felix is not only an amazing barista but her customer service is top notch. I'm not used to such kindness and she is simply *chefs kiss* 10/10 she needs a raise and more recognition.

The staff here is wonderful. Very friendly and outgoing. I would like to give a special shout out to Allison. I come to this location at least once a week or so, to order a caramel ribbon crunch frappe, and the last time we were here which was about a week ago, we were kindly greeted by Allison. At the window, she seemed to have remembered me and I couldn't forget her. But the main thing that stood out about this particular visit, is she made sure to engage in conversation with us UNTIL my drink was ready instead of just taking my payment and shutting the door. She was so bubbly and friendly. I always appreciate over the top customer service because I cannot say that I've had anything of the sort from any other location. After I asked her for her name, I personally told her that I would give her a good review for giving us that wonderful, exceptional customer service. I got carried away with the days ahead but my daughter ( 8) made sure to remind me of that review, so here it is! Well deserved ?. Even my 8 year old daughter noticed! To all the staff as a whole, thank you! Keep doing what you're doing because that's what counts!
