We have been to several Buano locations in Tulsa, the thing that I can say about this location. they are always friendly your order is correct I would say a good 98% of the time occasionally they would forget to give us salsa so we just started asking for it every time. I would recommend this location 100%

The food here doesn't seem to be as good as it once was. And they always forget something. So go inside to order and keep a close eye on them. So you can get what you paid for. ????????☹️

This is my favorite location with fast service and quality food for the value.
Today I visited and Mike was an exemplary customer service associate making my experience better than before. I arrived when an issue was being resolved and although Mike was working diligently to fix this with a manager, he also was extremely courteous and welcoming by making eye contact and apologizing for a short delay. The few in a hurry had to leave, but weren’t disgruntled, and most of us waited patiently. This commendable attitude and “customer forward” service Mike provided left a lasting impact for me and I’ll return to visit soon again. Thank you, Mike!
