Wendy's

I love Wendy's food, but the employees at this location have terrible customer service. I work in the food industry and I understand that it gets stressful, but this lady answered the drive thru with attitude immediately. I hadn't even said anything yet and she spoke in a rude manner. She didn't repeat my order, or give me the total. Just told me to go to the second window. I think this location should work on their hospitality.

My junior bacon cheeseburger was well cooked and just slightly juicy like most Wendy's burgers are. My favorite item is still the Frosty with its chocolaty goodness. The service using the drive thru was quick and efficient. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

We love the 4 for $4. I eat my burger, share the fries and nuggets with the dogs and the wildberry lemonade is awesome. I've only ever gone through the drive thru here and they always get the order right. There's a short, blonde haired woman that usually helps us and I don't remember her name, but she is always great.

Not my first choice for a burger fries is nasty but got the best frosty

This Wendy's at 81st and Memorial was the cleanest restaurant I've been to in a long time.
The Employees were very nice and efficient,my order was completely accurate and fresh.Thank You To The Staff at Wendy's on 81st and Memorial.I will drive the extra miles for this type of service.
