Whataburger

Came here for a quick bite. Lobby is open .the tea is very sweet , too sweet . The lobby is clean . Looking behind the counter the kitchen looks very clean. The bathrooms do need some attention. They look decent but may wish to really wipe the walls and the stalls etc.

We happened upon this place on the day they did their Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting, … just after they cut the ribbon and we’re putting things away… lots of Whataburger Company bosses… and I mean that in a good way. I believe nearly everyone of them came by to ask his things were going… and in such a friendly fashion.
The place was spotless, to say the least… but I’m sure you could have figured that would be the case.
So the chicken fajitas was fantastic! And my daughter’s salad was really good… the service was super friendly and timely. And the fries were perfect. Nice touch parents got the senior discounted drink price… free.
This store has only been open just under 2 months… I look forward to seeing how things are when all the bosses aren’t there. I’m going to guess that it will be pretty difficult to top todays experience. I’ll definitely need back for the chicken fajita!

Food was pretty good as always. I would have liked the bread toasted a bit more. A drive through order like this will likely get soggy. All in all it tasted good though. Just something for the cooks to think about.

Facility was nice, new and clean. Staff was very nice.

This location is going to be pretty tough if you need to come out and go left (west), or if coming in from the east. Probably going to be funneling people around the back to get to the light by Lowes.

Greeted with Smile as I walked in the door. Ordering was a breeze. Food was hot and fresh and made correctly.

Customer service was on point upon arrival, when my food was brought out and during our meal.

Cleaning was constantly being done to ensure all the tables where wiped down, floor swept and drink areas cleaned.

I would eat here again over the Sheridan and 61st Store any day of the week.

Masks where worn by all employees as well as gloves.

Bathrooms could use some attention in the men's area.

Worker was in the bathroom overlooked picking up trash on the floor, but did wash his hands prior to returning to the cooking area.

Overall satisfaction was good to go

This store is ready to impress!

Having only been open for four days as of my visit, they scored top marks in every respect. Burger was well executed and tasty, fries were perfect and fresh, and the service was friendly and professional. Everything came out in good time too.

Looking forward to returning again soon.
