Chick-fil-A

I don’t know what is going on with service here. I haven’t ever had issues before but on my last two orders there were a significant number of items missing from my bags. I have been offered credits to my mobile app but then I’m still stuck with kids not having food until I either waste 20 min driving back to the restaurant or ordering delivery which costs way more. The person on the phone is nice but can’t help me because it’s the lunch rush and they’re too busy. I understand that but it doesn’t make me feel like the restaurant really cares about my issue. I love chick fil a but I’m definitely not excited about ordering from here again any time soon!

Amending my review as I have not had any issues with missing food recently. Now I just need them to get some consistency with the kitchen. Some days the drinks and fries are great. Other days they just don’t taste good and the fries need salt.

I love the food and the only problem I have is…. When the line is full the representative comes down the line and that’s great. BUT when a person is ordering who isn’t a regular I WANT TO VIEW THE MENU!! I placed an order from memory of last time I was there. I wanted to try the Mac and cheese I saw on tv and forgot about it. I prob would’ve tried the sandwich if I wasn’t three cars down and couldn’t read a menu to see which one looked good to me.

Good even when it's busy. Don't come if you're in pressed for time. They do well with getting everyone out but it's not magic quick.

Food is good, very nice inside. I wish they had more options on food. Cost is high. Very good service.
