Dink's Pit Bar-B-Que

I’ve eaten bar-b-que in a lot of different places. Dink’s is the best I’ve ever eaten. I usually get either sliced or chopped brisket sandwich. Always get at least a 1/2 order of onion strings. The 1/2 portion of onions strings will easily serve 2. They are so light and delicious. I also like getting the meat by the pound to go. Their cowboy beans are disappointingly bland pinto beans. However, with a little bit of hot bar-b-que sauce you can spice them up a bit. Sometimes I get them to put a small amount of brisket in my beans. Makes them much better. If you don’t know the l local’s joke about “Watch your step!” ask your server.

Went back today and it's still great. Our waitress was Monica and she's amazing! The service was quick, friendly and accurate. Can't go wrong here.

So good! Had a Special Ham sandwich and hubby had the spare ribs. Both had amazing smoke flavor and meat was tender and moist. Will definitely be going back for more.
