Café Yumm! - On Monroe

I work in an office and we had an order for several Yumm bowls. We tried to run our order through GrubHub and due to an error, the order was set for pick up not delivery. After waiting a very long time I called Cafe Yumm! directly and spoke to either the manager or owner. He said GrubHub was a 3rd party service and there wasn't much they could do to change the order on their end, but that he'd be happy to run our order out to us!! He was here within 20 minutes, food in hand. We were all BLOWN AWAY by this excellent customer service, especially considering the error wasn't the fault of Cafe Yumm! The food was great as always and we will definitely order again, albeit with a different delivery service.

Great selection of vegetarian options. Their bowls are always great, with a variety of protein and seasonings to choose from. Their staff is always friendly and will answer questions as you order. We've been there multiple times and have never been disappointed. Sit downstairs or upstairs for a little quieter experience. Highly recommended!

I used to love this place but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill in the past year or so. The bowls come with noticeably less sauce, and the portions don't even fill their containers anymore. Not sure what changed but I hope it can improve. At this point what they are offering is pretty much an overpriced cup of rice and beans. For now your best bet is to buy their delicious sauce and make your own bowl at home.

Great little lunch spot. Good for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Low crab options, healthy options and all of them are delish!

This is a good place to eat nothing extraordinary but nothing just okay mediocre. Four stars is definitely where it deserves to be and they do it with class. It's a quick dining experience that is definitely well suited for the college lifestyle. No matter if you are looking to get quality healthy choices or just yummy food you can find it here with a little bit of an Asian Flair
