Our friend introduced us to this eatery, we had hot stew, brews, and sandwich specials out in the fresh air, seated at a picnic table during "outside service Covid" and it was magnificent. I felt like I was traveling abroad, the food was impeccably flavored, the service was inspiring, and I can't wait to go back. What a wonderful break from rushing around with cardboard containers and plastic utensils, sitting down together, safely, enjoying the Willamette Riverfront in Corvallis.
Seriously one of the if not THE best spot in town. The Brussel sprouts alone make this place worth any drive. with all the other dishes they serve, and all the sweet sweet imported beers this is my favorite place to eat!
Awesome new business, run by wonderful folks who worked in other local restaurants before setting up shop here. They have all kinds of beer and books, fun tables decorated with pages from graphic novels and other literature, and a cozy electric fireplace with cushy armchairs ? Outdoor seating is available, and it's very spacious inside to allow room for social distance. I tried a delicious stout they had on draft (wish I had remembered the name), and a sweet and crunchy house-made Belgian waffle as a snack. Can't wait to try the crepes next time I'm in!
Really nice people offering an open yet intimate setting in which to enjoy delicious beer and time with a partner. Crepe Expetations is amazing!!!
Really good food and drinks. I did not give it 5 stars, however, as our takeaway food container was plastic. Yuck. I really hope they switch to compostable containers!
