First time here. Many servers standing around and took a minute for someone to take my To Go order. Make sure to ask your server for utensils and extra napkins. Also if you want any BBQ sauce for your meat plate you need to ask for that too. The sweet potato fries were overcooked and had a burnt taste. The jalapeño cheddar cornbread was the best and I would come back on a Saturday just for it.

We placed a take out order last Friday, 20 minutes before they were about to close. We had been working outside all day and were really hungry. The employee on the phone was very helpful with us when we placed our order. Everything was hot, delicious, quantities were correct… I live in Ohio but visit Philomath often. This is a hidden gem and it was so good…! The chocolate raspberry cake for dessert - oh my gosh. So good!!!

This place was AMAZING. The server was phenomenal. Kind, and great to our kids. The owners both came out to greet us and chat and the food was the BOMB! Tasty, down home cooking that feels like grandma made it! Such a cozy environment, just all around 10/10!!! Do yourself a favor and eat here! And get dessert!!!!!!!

The staff was accommodating and the food was good, prices are high but the biscuits are worth it.

Pictured is the petite plate, the ribs are okay (3/5), the mac and cheese was well seasoned, but the real stand-out was the biscuit!

Whatever you order here, be sure it includes the biscuits! You can never have too much butter on your biscuit but these don't need any additions to be delicious. These biscuits are perfect and merit a 5/5 rating.

This place is quite a treat in a small town near by Corvallis. We were down visiting our daughter and did a quick search for restaurants with gluten free items and this place popped up to the top the search. What a find! This entire place is gluten free and what a menu! The plates are LARGE and the food is excellent as are the staff who are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My daughter and I got the BBQ plate with 2 sides and a bread, she got the pulled chicken and I got the St. Louis ribs (available on Saturdays as the special). We each got mac and cheese and I got the garlic mashed and she got the sweet potato fries. Very very good! My wife got the chicken pot pie and she loved it. Do yourself a favor even if you are not gluten free and give this place a try. We will certainly be back.

Additionally, if it is your first time there, they give you a free chocolate chip cookie! Bonus and totally tasty!
