4 stars for great service and yummy food -1 Aaaaall the tables were dirty ????

24 min wait on a $6 lunch. Restaurant empty. 1 car in drive thru. I can understand fresh food, but it was a double and fries. When you only have 30 minutes for lunch, don't eat here! Very disappointed as this is the normal operation schedule, according to the sign on the windows. Great food just obviously understaffed. Employees are actually really nice.

I don't think I've ever given five stars to a fast-food chain outlet. But, this is the best fast food I've ever had.

I was starving, and decided to take a chance on the DQ drive-through. After a friendly young woman took my money, she closed the window and I waited.

And waited.

At first, I was annoyed because, you know, I picked the drive-through because I was starving. But then I saw a small white sign: “We make all your food fresh. It takes a little longer, but we think you're worth it.”

When the food came out, it was, in fact, worth the wait. Fries that were fluffy inside and and so perfectly golden crisp that they actually broke as I ate them. The Blizzard had the perfect amount of mix-ins — not too sweet. And the burger had perfectly creamy cheese melted into the patties on a fluffy fresh burger bun.

It was my lucky day.
