Claim Jumper Restaurants

Very nice ????. Great, open seating but with a sense of privacy as well. Food was awesome; we got the pretzel and onion rings appetizers and ordered the grilled fish tacos and a burger for the entrees. Waitstaff was very nice and attentive. We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table on a Friday around 5:30. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

We have been here many times but it seems like the place has gone downhill some. Parking lot area could use some work, muddy area by front row parking spots. After going in waited for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were waiting. They seemed very short staffed. Was told 15 to 20 minute wait even though the restaurant was half empty and we ended up waiting about 15 minutes for a booth even though there were plenty of them, we almost walked out because of the wait. When we got seated one of the booth seats had about a 18" long rip in it with tape on it that has come loose exposing the rip, looks very tacky for higher end restaurant like this. Calamari was excellent, rib eye steak was over cooked but still good, grilled vegetables were good. Chicken tenders crust was way too hard, some
of it like little rocks. Waiter, Brian was excellent as always. He has waited on us before and was great then too. Its a little too noisy in here sometimes and some strategically placed glass barriers and sound deadener baffles throughout the restaurant would probably help. We will be back again and I hope some of this criticism helps you guys improve and that you will be here for us all to enjoy for a long time.

About par for the course. A bit spendy for the quality of food, in my opinion. But to be fair I did order fish and chips. Beer selection is minimal and drinks are a little light but sweet for the daiquiri type lover. **I did really like the open and welcome atmosphere, thanks for your reply! It's close to work, sure we will be back.
