Bajio Mexican Grill

We love Bajio! Our favorite is the Bajio salad with all the yummy toppings. The lime chicken is amazing! It was great to see so many people dining in - with social distancing of course! Glad to be back eating in rather than just takeout.

Fantastic food. Service can sometimes be a little slow but it's never not been worth it. Every friend I've taken here has commented on how good it was as well.

Best place for a giant burrito!! I will travel from anywhere for their burritos because they are so large and you can make it however you want! I tell people that this is the Subway of Mexican food. I could eat here once a week. There are 2 kinds of Chicken, 2 kinds of Pork and 1-2 kinda of Beef options along with 2 rice options and 2-3 bean options for inside and sides to your burrito or taco.
The people working are fast and friendly with everyone. The place isn't ever terribly busy if you choose to eat there, but you can also take your food to go. But I have never been disappointed with the food or service here.

Fast and fresh food. Great prices. Dining room is pretty cold, but I'm sure it is hard to regulate heat in that building. Daily specials make their prices even better. Love that they use real dishes and cute down on renewable resources. Go Bajio!!!

The shrimp chimichanga is MONEY! I love that you can fill it with whatever you want, but THAT HONEY GLAZED SHRIMP is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if I can order anything else although the taco salad looks amazing ????
