    I'm so excited for this!!

    I come from the DC area where this is very popular and it'd be huge for it to be this close. Currently the closest BonChon is in Seattle and it's nearly worth the trip alone.

    Here's to any sacrifices made to bring this here! I wish the staff the very best of luck with the added difficulty of COVID.

    I'm telling everybody about this. If you're reading this and you're on the fence- just go. They'll tell you the chicken takes 30 minutes to cook and this is a good thing.

    Listen to me. You can order this chicken, sit there and eat it, box it, toss it in your fridge when you get home and have it still be crispy in the morning. It might even be just as good chilled because of the juiciness and flavor profile of the sauce.
