An amazing birrieria and as of now my favorito. Service was great and food was delicioso. The birria and the dishes it’s prepared in are not greasy or oily like other locations I’ve tried. This birria is in my opinion perfectly prepared. Rich flavor without excessive oil or grease in the broth (consomé) or the tortillas (which are usually dipped in the consomé before being fried. The keto (cheese shell) taco was perfectly fried cheesy goodness with of course juicy birria meat inside... possibly my favorite dish here but hard to decide as all the dishes I tried were perfecto. The Quesadilla de harina was grande, nicely toasted, filled with birria meat and a melted queso blanco. The cucumber agua fresca was super refreshing and a wonderful drink to wash down the rich and flavorful birria dishes. 5? and will definitely be back. FYI turns out some of the menu items come with a small consomé. I didn’t think to ask so I ordered a small consomé as a side and ended up with 3, but hey no complaints here, too much consomé sounds like a challenge I’m willing to consume ?.

New local favorite! Great spot, they even have ramen birria! Definitely one of the better tasting food trucks. 10/10 recommend.

Best birria I've had so far. The meat is wonderfully fatty and tender, the consommé is very rich but not too oily.
