Every time my fiancé and I go to the Happy Valley Food Station, we ALWAYS stop at Christina’s Cartel. This place is so ridiculously good. Tonight it was a one-woman show in the kitchen and she was popping orders out insanely fast… all by herself. I wish we had taken pictures of our food because the presentation was gorgeous. Decent prices and great quality food!!

We had a party of four for all of this food it was so much we could have shared with more people. we got the scarface chicken sandwich, god father mac, and the tender twins tacos. This place won’t disappoint you. good quality food huge portions friendly customer service. thanks for the best lunch ever we definitely will be back.

The BEST Mac and cheese I have ever had. And I’ve tried a lot. The chicken tenders are also to die for. Tender, not too crunchy but crispy. And the flavor is killer. Would 10/10 recommend.

Can't wait to try the tacos and sandwiches next time! Shoestring fries and wings are both legit and that cilantro sauce is perfection! I loved the spicy peanut and the Crack sauce (which was spicier than I expected, which was a fun surprise!)

My leftovers even tasted brilliant reheated in my air fryer hours later, and making good leftovers is pretty much the best thing you can say about deep fried food... I'll be back soon for sure!
