    I love going there to order their steak with sticky rice and spicy papaya salad. The only thing I have an issue with is the lady that opens up? The carts there usually open up at 11 and on multiple occasions, I'll get there around 11:30 and wait outside their window while she awkwardly ignores us...I kept thinking she's busy with someone else's order but after a few moments she opens the window and says, "I literally just got here so I don't have anything ready". I've walked away 3x because of this so now I never go there for lunch. When they are willing to take our order, they're always good though!

    The outstanding cart at Happy Valley food carts. Amazing jerky and sausage like nothing else.

    I didn't even know I liked Laotian food until I tried this place! Their beef jerky and papaya salad dish is amazing, especially paired with their Mango Sticky Rice! This is a MUST-TRY!

    I love this place! The #4 is the best. It's never tough, I don't know what ther guy that rated 1 star is talking about?
