It's an overall above average dining experience. Nothing will really WOW you but the items they do offer, are decent. Solid 4 stars. Customer service is good. Prices are a few dollars more expensive than they should be.
I just love this place. We go to the Kruse Way location. It is always good! The service is impeccable, and everyone is so friendly. We had a birthday dinner this evening. We all had different entrees and everyone loved what they ordered. All the way through our dinner various servers checked on us and drinks were refreshed quickly. They didn't forget my son' s birthday and brought him a complimentary dessert. I can always count on Oswego Grill to be outstanding. THANK YOU! PS our server was Amy but apologize if I misspelled her name. She was GREAT!
Just asked her to marry me there... literally 2 hours ago. Ty Oswego grill for treating us well, the food was great, the staff was excellent, waitress was awesome and the manager was very personable. Will have to come back again for sure.
You know when you see the optional valet parking that they will have a high minimum standard of service. Nothing disappoints. Amazing attentive service with smiles, interactive attitudes and a true show of personality. Unique and flavorful food and drink options for just about anyone, no matter how particular of a diet they have. All the while presenting foods that are an upscale of that home cooking from childhood. I am very happy I went there, and will go again when the opportunity arises.
Possibly the best salmon I've ever tasted! I was with a rather large party for lunch and Jessica, our server, handled us like a champ. She took our orders and moved with purpose and efficiency - professionally.
Starting off with some blue cheese fries and bread the table was set, no pun intended, for an awesome meal. There is a Gorgonzola sauce used for the blue cheese fries that is so rich and creamy, I could have just filled up on that sauce. There was very little blue cheese, title is a little misleading, but it was great. The bread for the table was warm and addictive.
My entree was the Oregon King Salmon, cooked rare, atop a bed of rice and snuggled beside grilled asparagus. I won't lie, I ate the asparagus but don't remember them. I was consumed by the salmon. It has to be the best, freshest tasting salmon I've ever experienced. It was perfectly cooked with a buttery flavor. I will definitely be back!
