What a wonderful taco truck! We came in, ordered our food and then waited for it in the distillery, where we had drinks. All of it was outstanding! The customer service was excellent. The salsa were bomb! I had street tacos and fish tacos, while hubby had nachos. Then a holiday drink from the bar. Wonderful stuff y'all! Go on over and give them a go!

I had been meaning to try the little food cart since it opened a couple months ago. Finally my son and I did and in the space of two weeks I've been back 2 more times. As long as they are there, I won't be going back to Taco del Mar in Oregon City, or El Chilito in Canby.. The fish tacos and fish super burrito were the best I've ever had. They use mahi mahi. I'd never had it before. I don't know what all the seasonings they use but it was outstanding. They aren't quite like other Mexican restaurants or take-out places. They have a flavor all their own. The best guacamole! My son has had both the beef and chicken and loved them both. We'll definitely be making regular trips here and we're happy they're so close to us, since they really are kind of in the middle of nowhere.
The owners are so friendly, and the truck is spotless. The prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes are very filling. In the parking lot of Trail Distilling on Highway 213.
