I'm extremely pleased from start to finish!!!!
This staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and went above-above-ABOVE and beyond for me!! Professional, super friendly, knowledgeable, and a hardworking staff!! Just a few words to describe my phone and in-store interaction experience.
Wednesday day/evening staff helped me out when I was in a bind.
I needed a large amount of sandwiches made (I think it ended up being around 73 or so!)
I DID NOT give them much notice due to my crazy work schedule.
I believed I called 4 separate times till I got my entire order done and paid. (I was calling from work in between my clients.)
My final order was put in around 2:30ish and needed it by 5ish.
(During their reg customer rush hour.)
This OC team rocked it!!!
None of the sandwiches were slopped together!
Each one was neatly made and delectable!!
& Everyone at my church enjoyed their Jimmy Johns dinner!! :)

(January 7, 2020, 3:21 am)I enjoy the freshness of the bread, even if there is not a wide selection. For me the size of an 8 inch sandwich is perfect. The only compliant I have is for some reason they never think your going to eat there. Everything seems to be to go. And when I sit down to eat I always have to ask for napkins. Every sandwich should be served with a few napkins.
