(January 5, 2020, 3:42 am)Friendly and attentive wait staff. I order basic fare such as cheese enchiladas and have never gone wrong. They need to make the margaritas stronger, with so much local competition for Mexican food, it is essential.

(December 17, 2019, 7:11 am)I have several dietary allergies. The wait staff at Mixtlan are knowledgeable and always careful so I don't have a reaction. This is our "go to" place to eat because I feel safe when eating there.

(December 5, 2019, 7:20 am)Mixed review since I LOVE the ONE dish I always order. My husband doesn't like any of the food though and he normally loves Mexican food. So if you go, you gotta get a combination plate with 2 enchiladas with shredded beef. I love every single thing on that plate and best way to eat it is with a little bit of everything on your fork.
They also have squirt on tap! Love!
