Update: they refunded my purchase and comped me my drink. I had somehow forgotten that my daughter and I had been playing with Halloween makeup the night before so im not sure if this is their policy or if it was just that no one wanted to ask the deranged looking woman with bright blue and purple fish scales smeared across her face to pay again. -
