Great food and huge portions at solid prices. Service is always really good and the people working here are super friendly. I can not recommend this place enough!

Smiling service, ample portions and just enough heat for me! Eggrolls were delicious and I appreciate the option for tofu or just veggies on most of their dishes. The pineapple curry was chock full of veggies and my favorite fruit, which could easily be kicked up a notch for those of you heatseekers by asking for some spice when ordering or the chili tray when they drop your food. It's no wonder the bell on the door rings often, but they seem to shift into high gear to keep things running smoothly.

We all know there's a billion Thai Restaurants in Portland (why so many? haha), and Buathong Thai is one of the top spots in the city. You know it's gonna be GOOD Asian food when it's in a nondescript strip-mall with no frills and no foolishness. Family-run restaurant and amazing food. I reckon they have the best peanut sauce in the city (and they sell it by the bottle to take home!).

The bestThai food can be found here. I love Thai food and have eaten at many places. This is by far the best place. I tried green curry and the eggplant was cooked to perfection. I also tried Pad Thai with Tofu that was also very flavorful. The wait staff was on point as well. The food does take a bit of time to come out, but trust me it’s worth the wait. They cook everything from scratch when ordered and you can tell they care about the quality and presentation. Do yourself a favor and eat at this amazing Thai restaurant.
